Nano, Goodreads, and ARe's giveaway

I've officially signed up for another great year of NaNo. During the month of November, writers from all over the world will be participating in National Novel Writing Month, each writer striving to write at least 50,000 words, no small task, especially for those of us that have plenty of other commitments.

Both Demon's Torment and Avery and the Devil were products of NaNo and after this year I hope to have most of another novel completed, although I've decided to try working on two or three different projects this year. I'm excited to get started since it's been a while since I've forced myself to sit down and write. I'll be spending the last week of October working on my outlines, since it's much easier to write quickly if I have some idea of where the story is going.
